HOW WE STARTED
Born and raised in Manila, Philippines, husband and wife Jay and Claudine Dava decided that they wanted to introduce the Filipino Street food from their childhood to the Bay Area, using their original BBQ marinade and sauce.
In 2011, they started their Filipino pop-up food tent business named after their kids Anton and Nikki called "Antonik's BBQ" and became one of the most well known food vendors in the Bay Area.
NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE & IN-STORES
The Antonik’s Marinade and BBQ Sauce that started their business, as well as other items like their Chili Oil and Pickled Jicama Salad are now available to the public online and in select stores.
Every time I crave this particular pinoy delicacy, I think of Jay and Maria Dava who have perfected, I feel and have tasted, the "Vito Cruz BBQ" flavor I have grown to love back home HERE in the Bay area.

The smoky and meaty waft of smoke from the grill of Antonik’s BBQ was enough to draw a hungry crowd of people.
The juicy, tender pork of the Pork Skewer was very satisfying to bite off the stick, but the highlight was the sauce drizzled on top. It was sweet yet savory and added another depth of flavor.

We've tried just about every chili oil on the market and Antonik's by far has the BEST one! You can literally put it on anything! Noodles, rice, pizza, you name it! It has great flavor with the perfect amount of spice!
